Jayden Austin

Jayden has been around volleyball from day 1. She has been coached girls and boys ranging in age from 10-18. Growing up as a college volleyball coaches kid her love and enjoyment for the game grew very fast. She played for River Cities Volleyball Club in West Virginia from 12 years old until 18. In 2013 she played for the first team out of West Virginia to qualify for USAV Nationals. In 2015 she helped lead her team to 3rd place in the AAU National Championships in Orlando. To Round out her high school playing time she was invited to join the 18U Bring It Promotion tour in Greece and helped lead the team to 1st place in the tournament. After club she went on to play at the collegiate level beginning at Concord University – a DII school – in Athens, WV, for one year before transferring to Marshall University in Huntington, WV. While playing at Marshall she became an assistant and head coach for River Cities Volleyball Club. She graduated from Marshall with a degree in Digital Forensics and Information Insurance with a minor in Criminal Justice. She moved down to Melbourne and joined the Cape Coast family in the summer of 2019. In 2021 Jayden assisted the Florida Region Girl’s International Youth team that placed 1st in the USAV All Star Championships.
