Ivanna Notardonato

Ivana is entering her 6th season at Cape Coast Volleyball Club. She began coaching in Bulgaria every summer while still a college freshman and later continued her coaching journey with the River Cities team in West Virginia. With international coaching experience working with girls aged 10 to 18, Ivana brings a strong foundation in both youth development and competitive training. She played collegiate volleyball at the College of Southern Idaho and later at Marshall University. Currently, Ivana is also helping with the Florida Tech volleyball program. In addition to coaching, she serves as a talent consultant, helping both Bulgarian and U.S.-based volleyball players—boys and girls—navigate throughout the college selection process. Outside of volleyball, Ivana works as a Financial Analyst.
